You agree not to use Halotec to:
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful computer code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Conduct automated queries or scrape our service
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content

04Content and Results

- Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results
- Is not responsible for content generated based on your search queries

Halotec relies on third-party services to provide its functionality:

07Access and Administration
Halotec is distributed as an internal deployment. Access is controlled by Google sign-in, invite redemption, and administrator approval flows.
We may, without prior notice, change model availability, feature access, file limits, or provider routing when operational, security, reliability, or cost constraints require it.
- Access may be granted, suspended, or revoked by administrators at any time
- Invite codes, API credentials, and uploaded data must not be shared without permission
- Misuse, abuse, or policy violations may result in immediate access removal
Important: This internal deployment does not advertise public consumer billing by default. If billing is added later, these terms should be revised accordingly.
08Cancellation and Refunds
Access may be ended by you or your administrator at any time. When access ends:
- Your sessions may be revoked immediately
- Your access to private chats, files, and internal features may be removed
- Operational records may be retained as required for security, audit, or compliance purposes
No Refund Policy: If billing is not enabled, no refund workflow applies. If billing is enabled in the future, a revised policy should be published.
09Privacy
Your use of Halotec is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halotec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.
11Disclaimers
Halotecis provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
12Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Halotec, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
